Transcription: With the stamp still selected, choose filter, stylize, and emboss. In the dialog box that appears, set the angle to 145 degrees, the height to 2 pixels, and the amount to 150. Next, select only the serrated edge of the stamp. Use the circular marquee to select the inner portion of the stamp, then choose select and inverse.
